Orders are processed Monday–Friday excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped. We predominately use First Class or Priority Mail through USPS for our shipping, which usually arrives in 1-3 business days. If you need something sooner than one week from order date, please email us and we can usually expedite shipping.
All orders shipped within California are subject to 7.75% sales tax.

dreamcatcher shipping
Shipping on all Minis and Raindrop dreamcatchers is $20.
Due to the large size of our Biggies dreamcatchers, orders are not shipped out but can be placed for pickup or local delivery. We can schedule a local delivery in the San Diego area for a $40 charge, send us an email at hello@ilonadesigns.com. If you would like to get your "Biggie" order shipped, please email hello@ilonadesigns.com for a shipping quote.

Pickup is available for all orders by choosing the pickup option upon checkout. You will be notified via email when your order is ready.
Returns
jewelry returns and exchanges
Returns or exchanges on jewelry are accepted within 10 days of receipt. Please email hello@ilonadesigns.com with the reason for the return to receive authorization.
Items must be unused and unworn with tags attached in original packaging to be eligible for a return or an exchange. Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for return. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for lost return packages. All return shipping costs are customer's responsibility.
Approved returns will be credited to the original form of payment for the purchase amount less any shipping charges. Custom and sale items are final sale and may not be exchanged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
